We also have a newsletter that retains an email and can be signed up on our website.

Our newsletter serves the purpose of notifying you when major game releases and updates come out.
How do we protect your information?
We avoid collecting personal data and the anonymized data we do collect is encrypted in transit via TLS and kept only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.

What information we might share is anonymized and limited to only the services we pay for as part of our operating our company such as cloud hosting, off-site backups, and error tracking. We may be compelled to share what data we have when required by law.

How to Access and Control Your Personal Data
To the best of our knowledge, we do not store any personal data or have the ability to de-anonymize the data we do collect so there is nothing to delete. Our website does have a newsletter to which you can unsubscribe using the opt-out link at the bottom of the email.

Data collected by Ocean Drive may be stored and processed in the United States of America or in any other country where Ocean Drive or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers maintain facilities. The storage location(s) are chosen in order to operate efficiently, improve performance, and create redundancies in order to protect the data in the event of an outage or other problem. For our anonymous gameplay and error reporting services, data is rotated out based on how fast it comes in.
