We also have a newsletter that retains an email and can be signed up on our website.

Our newsletter serves the purpose of notifying you when major game releases and updates come out.

We avoid collecting personal data and the anonymized data we do collect is encrypted in transit via TLS and kept only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.

To the best of our knowledge, we do not store any personal data or have the ability to de-anonymize the data we do collect so there is nothing to delete. Our website does have a newsletter to which you can unsubscribe using the opt-out link at the bottom of the email.

Data collected by Ocean Drive may be stored and processed in the United States of America or in any other country where Ocean Drive or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers maintain facilities.
